The Uniklima Air/Air heat exchangers are specially designed and built for use in electrical panels and telecommunications cabinets.
The product line has equipment with heat exchange capacity at the range of 20 to 250 W/K with AC and DC power supply. The air/air heat exchangers are designed to remove the heat generated within the panel, establishing a temperature differential with the outside environment (usually from 6 to 12 degrees).
Its operation is based on the thermal exchange between opposite flows separated by aluminum plates and mounted on dissipation blocks.
The dissipation block is manufactured in aluminum plates mounted with spacers and fixing rods. Its construction creates channels for internal and external air flow in both directions. As the air flows do not mix, the sealing of the panel is not affected and the electrical protection grade is preserved. Removable dissipation block, enabling its periodical cleaning.
